TRACKED DELIVERY
UK Mainland Postage is FREE. Scottish Highlands & Islands and Isle of Man is £3.99 per order (Free for orders over £30)

For international orders, please order through our eBay page where we are a part of the eBay Global Shipping Programme. Unfortunately, if your country is not listed then we are unable to accept your order.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Orders made before 2pm are usually dispatched on the same day
Orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
If you live in Rhyl then we can deliver to you by hand. This offer is strictly for Rhyl residents only.

RETURNS
Please contact us before you return any items.

We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges on all online orders within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please keep any tags attached.

When your return has been received and inspected to make sure they are in the original condition, we will send your refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
